That would be the Spinoff Series Crusade that is only 13 episodes that have been filmed. We're hoping that Scifi Channel picks up the series and continues it. It starts Monday April 9 (Mon - Thurs) after B5 reruns. Previously Crusade order was perverted by TNT's wild ideas about what the public wanted (They felt they knew better than JMS).
Noticed that too, iz. No mention of the workers.

Allll riiiight.... everyone's going to assume I like "Eyes" for the 1992 Ninja, and that was a very cool touch. I knew I liked Garibaldi!
Boy Ari ben Zayn is a real snake, isn't he? He's about the first openly repellent character we've seen (unless I've forgotten someone). It's easy to see how he and Bester are buddy-buddy, they must have come out of the same egg.
Interesting revelations about the Psi-Corp -- Harriman certainly seems to be a nice guy, just the type who get caught in a difficult command decision. Good thing he's got ethics, which is something I think Ivanova realises as events unfold.
Gods I love Lennier's voyage of discovery about motopsychology!!!

at the end of this ep, we see garibaldi and lennier zip off on the motocycle, running it up b5's circular infastructure.
okay, this is easy to do with cgi
but how, i wonder, did they do a similar scene in Kubrick's 2001, where we see an astronaut running along a circular slope?
Eyes makes it clear that something is going on back on Earth that is not kosher. New laws passed to allow Earth Force personal to be scanned for pretty much any reason seem a wee bit problematic.
Garibaldi has an interesting role in this episode. He has to balance his job, a member of Earth Force, with his friendship towards Sinclair and Ivanova. Cute how he finds a way of helping Jeff out of a sticky situation.
Lennier is fun to watch in this episode. Wonder why he is soooo obsessed with the motorcycle? He seems to get most interested when the historical document talks about motorcycles and male virility (grins) Ah boys are boys no matter what culture eh?
And so enters the Great Machine.....
This two part episode is a great way to begin building the main story arc. I love the fact that Sinclair was willing to fire on the Hyperion (Named after the original homebase of the Lurker's Guide)if it sent ships to the planet a second time.
With everything spiralling out of control we see that Sinclair is able to keep things running fairly smoothly. Not only that, he takes the time to drop in on Garibaldi, knowing that Michael is going nuts over the fate of Lise.
This is what I always liked about Sinclair, he is very good at keeping things running, even in a time of crisis, but never seems to forget that the people he works with can be affected by the crisis. He seems to understand his staff, which is skill that not everyone has.
The Great Machine fascinates me (I can hoestly say that I have as many questions about the damn thing having seen the entire series as I did when these episodes first came out).
And there was the mandatory reference regarding Sinclair's future from Delenn.
